Anonymous#2: While I am also a COVID skeptic, this is messed up. 328 million is the population of the USA. Not everyone has or will be infected so your denominator is way off. COVID deaths is listed at 228K in the US as of Nov. 1,2020.
Anonymous#2: That figure may be inflated as some non COVID deaths are being called COVID. Death rate has dropped as treatment has improved so 2% doesn't seem way off. Also age and morbidity factors (obesity, diabetes, hypertension) are HUGE. Average death age for COVID patient is **82** in my state. Yet we've had ony 1 death for anyone under 21 in the same state.
